Conference of the National Centre for Partnership and Performance (NCPP) at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham
More than 300 delegates from the private and public sectors attended the annual conference of the National Centre for Partnership and Performance (NCPP) at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham. Focused on the future of manufacturing in Ireland, the conference brought together a high-level speaking panel of national and international business leaders, policymakers and academics to discuss the role of partnership and workplace innovation in contributing to productivity gains and competitiveness in the sector. Moderated by Áine Lawlor of RTE radio’s Morning Ireland programme, the conference featured keynote interventions by Professor Richard Lester of MIT and Professor Stephen Wood of the University of Sheffield. Sean Dorgan, CEO of IDA Ireland, Joe Harford, chairman of the High-Level Manufacturing Group, Peter Walsh from Medtronic CardioVascular and Professor Patrick Flood from the University of Limerick were among the Irish speakers at the conference.
